Who We Are
Leaven Leadership Academy (LLA) is a digital first leadership school founded in 2025 and based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, built to deliver global quality leadership education to young Africans regardless of geography, economic background, or institutional access. LLA exists to reeducate the next generation of African leaders, equipping them with the practical frameworks, character formation, and applied skills required to lead themselves, their families, their workplaces, and ultimately their nations.

Access for All. Leadership education should not be a privilege reserved for the few. LLA is built digital first specifically to remove geographic and institutional barriers.
Decision Over Inspiration. LLA does not exist to motivate. It exists to move people from diagnosis to decision, and from decision to action.
Practical Over Theoretical. Every module is built around real, applicable frameworks that produce measurable change in a student’s life, not abstract theory.
Character Before Capacity. Leadership is formed in character first. Skills without integrity produce leaders who cannot be trusted with influence.
Africa Rooted, Globally Benchmarked. LLA’s curriculum is built with full awareness of the African context, while holding itself to the same quality standard as the world’s leading leadership institutions.
What We Are Building Toward
With its model validated through Cohort One, LLA is now building the organizational, financial, and governance infrastructure required to scale responsibly, including formal monitoring and evaluation systems, expanded cohort capacity, and partnerships that will allow LLA to extend its reach across Nigeria and the wider continent.

He leads the Leaven Leadership Initiative, including the iLEAD Project, a youth-focused tour that empowers students in higher institutions across Africa.
